The Free2Blue Caribbean Volunteer Zone is designed to mobilise a network of eco-conscious youth across all 27 Caribbean countries and states in the largest regional Blue Citizen Impact Campaign. Its goal is to activate practical measures to domesticate the SDG Decade of Action and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon Blue Economy.

The volunteer platform builds a network of community-based SDG Action Marshalls — specifically trained, empowered, and deployed to help create a greener, cleaner, gender-responsive, and socially inclusive society. Through multi-industry, multi-stakeholder, and multi-cultural civic action campaigns, they work to achieve a net-zero footprint and generate a climate of blue profits for the Caribbean.

Free2Blue Caribbean is positioned to drive a region-wide Gender and Youth-Based Development Impact Marshalls Programme, rooted in the conviction that women and youth are essential at the frontlines of leadership and action to achieve inclusive, sustainable, and equitable development in the Caribbean.
